Logistics Processing
Quality Control
At Sagawa Global Logistics we always consider that "Our Quality of Operations = Our Customers' Quality of Service".
By following the PDCA Cycle, and removing inefficiencies, we aim to improve our quality control.

To improve efficiency, all personnel are able to participate in our group improvement activities, which we call "PLAS".

In April 2008, we participated in the "2008 All Japan Logistics Improvement Case Studies Convention", sponsored by the Japan Institute of Logistics Systems. At this event our employees and staff were able to explain about our quality improvement activities.

In addition we also have designated teams to carry out operations analysis and planning, to help provide both new and existing clients the best solutions to their logistical needs, including improving efficiency.

Operations Analysis
After downloading and analyzing the appropriate data from WMS, the most appropriate warehouse layout or work-flow simulations can be created.
By analyzing shipping volumes, frequencies and layouts, we can inspect the situation to achieve the most efficient operations.
