As it is becoming more difficult to secure personnel, we have established specialized facilities to strengthen the employment system of part time workers.
We also employ a system to follow-up with the workers after they have started working, to help increase take up rates and improve efficiency.


Part time work centers have been established in the Kanto Area, where demand for such staff is high.
By taking responsibility for recruitment, interviews, hiring, salary payments and reviews, we aim to take the stress out of finding personnel.
